this is really in bad taste, and very stupid I have to say. this that japanese don't panic doesn't mean they are ok, it means that such attittude is in their mentality, same as for other nations is natural to panic over everything, to fight in shops and attack people on the street just because they feel "nervous". and yes, Japan needs a lot of money to rebuild everything.
